Prevention - 1) Rotate the foods in your diet; 2) Avoid or reduce the intake of processed foods, especially foods high in sugar; 3) Make as much of your diet organic as possible; 4) Do not drink alcoholic beverages before eating; 5) Eat a balanced diet including grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meats, etc; 6) Chew your food well; and 7) Do not drink water during a meal. It dilutes your digestive juices.
