Our mission is to provide current, credible and practical health information to help you stay and be well in our busy, modern world. We believe by living the Staying Healthy Today principles using the TRIAD Wellness, or what Kirk calls his "9 Simple Steps to Optimal Health" which incorporate efficient diet, exercise and mind/body disciplines that the major chronic diseases of  modern society - heart disease, cancer, diabetes, bone loss, hypertension, stroke, athritis and degenerative eye and brain disorders can be dramatically reduced and in many cases reversed!
